Sport School Project

Sport School Project

Ibda'a sports school was set up in 1999 with the formation of a men’s football team of mixed age from within Dheisheh refugee camp. There are currently young male and female basketball and volleyball teams, which allows children, youth, and women to develop their skills in a safe place. The Child Sport School in the Dheisheh Refugee Camp provides children with a safe and active space to play, learn, and develop physical skills through organized sports activities. It helps improve their health, teamwork, discipline, and self-confidence while encouraging positive social interaction. The program also offers psychosocial support by reducing stress, releasing energy in a healthy way, and strengthening children’s emotional well-being.
Program Beneficiaries : 180 boys and girls. From 2026 to 2028, the sport project will reach a total of 200 children.
